Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Linie API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Linie on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

API keys and accounts

Your API key is your credential. All usage under your key — including calls made by your applications or agents — is your responsibility. Do not share your key in public repositories or client-side code.

If you believe your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately at Account → API Keys. There is a 60-second grace window during rotation.

Tier limits and overages

Each tier includes a defined number of queues, monthly WhatsApp notifications, and API operations. Once a limit is reached, additional operations return an HTTP 402 with code tier_limit_reached or 429 with rate_limited.

Overages are billed at the end of the monthly billing cycle via Stripe.

Acceptable use

You must not use Linie to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) via WhatsApp notifications.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers through queue notifications.
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
• Circumvent tier limits through multiple accounts without authorisation.
• Use the API to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Service availability

Linie provides the platform on a best-effort basis for Starter, Growth, and Scale tiers. No formal uptime SLA applies to these tiers.

Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime SLA with credit provisions. SLA terms are agreed separately via the enterprise agreement.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Linie may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including acceptable-use violations. We will attempt to notify you before suspension except in cases of urgent abuse.
